| Description | BTCV is a national conservation charity with a local office in Twickenham and runs practical conservation work days every Wednesday, Thursday, some Friday's and on the first and third Sundays of each month. To join in, meet at the foot bridge to Eel Pie Island, Twickenham at 10:00 am for a lift to the site or meet on site at around 10.30 am (call to confirm location). If you intend to stay for the whole day (optional) bring lunch; we provide tea/coffee and biscuits) or you could just stay for an hour or two.
